Inner Breeze

Inner Breeze is a free, open-source app for breathing, meditation, yoga and daily habits. No ads and no account needed. It works offline and keeps your data on your device. PRACTICES - Wim Hof Breathing: guided rounds of deep breaths and timed breath holds, based on the Wim Hof Method, with a chart of your hold times. - Breathing patterns: Box, 4-7-8, Coherent and Extended exhale, or set your own rhythm. - Meditation timer with an interval bell and optional background music. You can import your own music. - Sun Salutation: follow a painted guide through all twelve poses. Choose one of four characters and set the tempo and number of rounds. HABITS - Track daily habits with simple check-ins or counts. - Week and month calendars, streaks and statistics. - Link a habit to a practice, and finished sessions count toward it. - A quick mood check-in after each practice. YOUR APPS - Open Lumi, Practices, Habits, Lists and Diary from Apps, and keep your favorites close. - Keep plans in Lists and daily thoughts in Diary. LUMI - Ask Lumi to start a practice, add a to-do, write to today’s Diary or change your theme. - Local app commands work offline. Online conversation is optional, with a daily allowance for connected accounts. YOUR DATA - Everything is stored on your device. - Import and export your data, or export sessions as CSV or to Health Connect. - Optional account sync between your devices.
