PitchVis utilizes your device's microphone to analyze music and sounds, transforming detected pitches into visual representations. In this visualization, pitches are portrayed as circles, their color and position determined by their pitch value. The visualization takes shape on a spiral layout, beginning with the low A2 note at the center and gradually moving outward, completing one revolution for each octave.
