Republished from GitHub / F-Droid by the Zapstore main account.
Kalimory plans your bodyweight training, runs it with you, and remembers every set. There is no account, and nothing goes online: your workouts stay on your phone. **Today** • This week at a glance, what is due, and a suggestion for what to train next • Start any workout from one button **Guided workouts** • Rep counting, hold timers and rest timers that keep going with the screen off • Programs of several exercises, which you can pause and resume later • Interval routines with timed work and rest • Log past workouts, with several exercises in one session **157 steps in 29 progression chains** • From the wall push-up to the planche, the dead hang to the front lever, and the assisted squat to the pistol squat • Every step has form cues, a muscle map, the equipment it needs, and clear standards to start and to move on • Skills such as the muscle-up and the human flag show the steps they build on • Nothing is locked: train any step whenever you like **Progressions** • For each chain you follow: your current step, how close you are to moving on, and the dates you started and met each step **Progress** • Calendar, lists, graphs, personal bests and a weekly goal **Your data, your files** • Complete JSON backups, CSV import and export, and recovery files if the database is ever damaged **Calm by design** • Light, dark and true-black AMOLED themes, optional wallpaper colours, and ten languages **Privacy** • No internet permission, no ads, no analytics and no crash reporting Kalimory began as a fork of Calisthenics Memory by Gonbei774 and is free software under the GPL-3.0.

Releases
- Oct 31, 2026 1.1.0## [1.1.0] - 2026-10-31 ### Added - Edit a whole saved workout from Progress › List: change its date, time, comment and sets, add or remove sets and exercises, and save everything at once ([#200](https://github.com/WildeBeast2521/kalimory/pull/200)) - After a crash, the app offers on its next start to share a report of the error through the share sheet, or to delete it; the report stays on the phone and is never sent by itself ([#192](https://github.com/WildeBeast2521/kalimory/pull/192)) ### Changed - The workout notification shows your progress: the exercise or routine, the set or round, the reps counted against your goal, the time left of a rest, hold or countdown, and a bar for the whole workout; it updates quietly in place instead of adding notifications ([#217](https://github.com/WildeBeast2521/kalimory/pull/217)) - Restoring a full backup first asks you to save a backup of your current data, and only continues once that backup is saved and checked; with no data on the phone it restores straight away ([#243](https://github.com/WildeBeast2521/kalimory/pull/243))
### Fixed - With Android's largest font size, labels stay whole: the navigation bar, the Progress tabs and calendar, the rest timer's buttons and the settings' choices no longer break words or cut them off, and long program and exercise names in lists take two lines ([#222](https://github.com/WildeBeast2521/kalimory/pull/222)) - Each day of the week on Today is easier to tap: on a small phone every day now has a full-size touch target ([#220](https://github.com/WildeBeast2521/kalimory/pull/220)) - The app no longer closes when a workout ends a step and starts the next one in quick succession ([#217](https://github.com/WildeBeast2521/kalimory/pull/217)) - In auto mode, ending a set early with Complete asks for the value to save, as manual mode does, instead of saving the count so far; reaching the target still moves on by itself ([#216](https://github.com/WildeBeast2521/kalimory/pull/216)) - In Chinese, the question before removing a ToDo item shows the item's name in quotes ([#209](https://github.com/WildeBeast2521/kalimory/pull/209)) - The share preview puts a space before the count of automatically included exercises, and several Russian, Ukrainian and Arabic texts are corrected, such as the Russian and Ukrainian names for the L-sit ([#202](https://github.com/WildeBeast2521/kalimory/pull/202)) - Exercise targets say "1 rep" for a single repetition, with the right form in Arabic, Spanish and Ukrainian too ([#199](https://github.com/WildeBeast2521/kalimory/pull/199)) - Counts read correctly in every language, such as "1 set" instead of "1 sets", with the right word form for each number in Arabic, Russian and Ukrainian ([#198](https://github.com/WildeBeast2521/kalimory/pull/198)) - French labels put a space before the colon, as French typography does, and the exercise search and import lists end in a proper ellipsis (…) in every language ([#197](https://github.com/WildeBeast2521/kalimory/pull/197)) - Two workouts saved in the same minute show as separate cards in History, so editing or deleting one no longer changes the other ([#196](https://github.com/WildeBeast2521/kalimory/pull/196)) - The Progressions tab label shows in full on narrow phones in every language, instead of being cut off ([#195](https://github.com/WildeBeast2521/kalimory/pull/195)) - A program shows the same estimated time in the Train and To Do lists as on its start screen, including after a workout changes what it will open with ([#178](https://github.com/WildeBeast2521/kalimory/pull/178)) - Today's weekly set count no longer counts the last round of a finished interval workout twice ([#226](https://github.com/WildeBeast2521/kalimory/pull/226)) - A backup made while a workout is being saved can always be restored ([#227](https://github.com/WildeBeast2521/kalimory/pull/227)) - Importing records from CSV refuses dates, times and numbers the app cannot read, and imports a row repeated in the file only once ([#227](https://github.com/WildeBeast2521/kalimory/pull/227)) - Groups added by a CSV import or a shared file appear after your existing groups instead of at the top ([#227](https://github.com/WildeBeast2521/kalimory/pull/227)) - The app no longer crashes when a workout screen closes after the app has been in the background for a while ([#230](https://github.com/WildeBeast2521/kalimory/pull/230)) - A new group always appears after your existing groups, also after you have deleted one ([#231](https://github.com/WildeBeast2521/kalimory/pull/231)) - Moving exercises quickly in the library no longer leaves two of them in the same place ([#231](https://github.com/WildeBeast2521/kalimory/pull/231)) - A quick double tap on a button that saves and closes a screen, such as "Record workout", no longer saves the workout twice ([#238](https://github.com/WildeBeast2521/kalimory/pull/238)) - Today, To Do and the calendar show the new day when you open the app the morning after leaving it open, instead of yesterday's week and to-dos ([#239](https://github.com/WildeBeast2521/kalimory/pull/239)) - Tapping Save twice in the program or interval editor no longer saves the program twice, and a save that is interrupted or fails leaves the program as it was ([#242](https://github.com/WildeBeast2521/kalimory/pull/242)) - Deleting an exercise asks for confirmation only once its own number of records is shown ([#242](https://github.com/WildeBeast2521/kalimory/pull/242)) - A group created by adding a catalogue exercise appears after your existing groups ([#242](https://github.com/WildeBeast2521/kalimory/pull/242)) - The workout notification is shown in the language chosen in Settings, not the phone's language ([#243](https://github.com/WildeBeast2521/kalimory/pull/243)) - The round badge on loop sets in the program overview is shown in your language instead of always "R" ([#244](https://github.com/WildeBeast2521/kalimory/pull/244)) [1.1.0]: https://github.com/WildeBeast2521/kalimory/compare/v1.0.2...v1.1.0 --- **Verify the download:** `sha256sum -c kalimory-1.1.0.apk.sha256`.
