LinkLift is a native Android application built with Jetpack Compose and Material 3 that lets you analyze, preview, and download high-resolution videos, audio tracks, and images from supported web links and social media platforms. Powered by an embedded Python runtime via Chaquopy, LinkLift leverages yt-dlp and Instaloader on-device combined with native MediaMuxer stream merging for combining separate high-definition video and audio streams seamlessly. Key Features: - Platform Support: Extract media and audio from YouTube (videos, shorts, playlists) and Instagram (posts, reels, carousels). - Stream Merging (MediaMuxer): Downloads separate video and audio streams in a foreground service and multiplexes them locally into standard MP4/WebM files. - In-App Fullscreen Player: Built-in media player with gesture controls, playback speed controls, and video quality selection. - Batch & Playlist Downloads: Expand playlists and channels, preview individual entries, and queue bulk downloads. - System Share Sheet Integration: Share any media link directly from your browser or social media apps into LinkLift. - 100% Tracker-Free: Zero Google Play Services dependencies, zero analytics SDKs, and complete privacy.
