    ## What's new - Smart Training's light days now stay genuinely light: secondary work respects its own intensity ceiling, and failed work triggers recovery without unnecessarily regressing unaffected lifts. - Heavy Squat and Deadlift progression now keeps moving toward the meet after successful recovery instead of repeating an older intensity, while Bench tapers once its meet goals are demonstrated. - Weekly lift frequency, heavy/medium/light roles and consecutive-day allowances now follow the athlete-level frequency table more consistently, including the higher Bench and Squat frequencies intended for Advanced and Elite lifters. - Meet readiness now tracks the real remaining attempt phase for every lift, recognises rounded e1RM-equivalent third-attempt evidence, requires a proper taper and rest before the meet, and estimates the meet window from progression-capable heavy exposures rather than counting every light or medium session as progress. - Warm-up generation is safer and more practical: lower-body jumps of 60 kg or more are prevented, unnecessary near-work-set warm-ups are removed, plate changes are reduced, and meet-day Squat, Bench and Deadlift use dedicated opener-focused warm-up ladders. - Meet day now has a focused dashboard with the full attempt plan, opens the workout when tapped, keeps Program view compact, shows exact 90% / 97.5% / 102.5% attempt labels, and replaces general Smart diagnostics with positive execution guidance and the projected total. - e1RMs are rounded consistently throughout the app, PR badges compare against the real 1RM, and historical 1RM/e1RM charts remain stable and never move downward at the current endpoint. - Fixed browser storage exhaustion after completing a workout by removing the obsolete duplicate automatic-backup copy; native automatic backups remain intact and their status is shown only where that backup actually exists.

    ## What's new - Fixed a real training failure case: a secondary lift's volume could quietly creep above its own intended intensity ceiling when it inherited its "last successful weight" from a heavier session on a different day. - A deload that couldn't schedule its intended lift now correctly falls back to a genuine rest day instead of swapping in an unrelated full-intensity lift — and that rest day now shows up properly in your program list. - Smarter heavy-day selection: a lift that already had its one heavy session this week is no longer forced heavy again just because it's next in line, and a lift already at its full weekly session count can no longer sneak back in just because another lift's slot was blocked for an unrelated reason. If no lift actually needs a heavy exposure, the whole day is now built light instead of repeating a near-identical session. - Fixed a secondary lift's volume work sometimes collapsing down to a single set, and warm-ups for light training days are now simpler and don't repeat a work set's own rep count. - Workout effort is now a simple Easy/Good/Hard choice — if you fail or skip a set, the workout is automatically marked Too Much instead of asking. - The Smart-workout info panel now shows full readiness detail on every day type (not just normal training days), lists every lift still short of full meet readiness instead of just one, and explains light and rest days more plainly. - Fixed a stuck-progress case where a meet-specific top set could round back down to the exact same weight you already lifted, cycle after cycle, even after fully successful training — this could permanently cap your third-attempt readiness just short of the real target and keep pushing your projected meet date back indefinitely. A top set that's due to progress is now guaranteed to be a real increment heavier than last time, not just "not lighter."

    ## What's new - Meet-attempt suggestions (opener, 2nd, 3rd) are now based on your real, achieved 1RM instead of an estimated one — a lighter training PR still improves your training targets, but no longer inflates your planned meet attempts on its own. - Laid the groundwork for a more balanced weekly training frequency across Squat, Bench, and Deadlift, so no single lift silently gets ahead of the others over time. Elite-level Deadlift frequency increased from 3 to 4 sessions per week as part of this.

    ## What's new - Fixed a crash right after finishing certain Smart Training workouts that could show a blank screen, and briefly send the app back to onboarding on next launch (your training data was never lost). - Smart Training's third-attempt phase no longer prescribes a lighter top set than you've already proven — the actual weight now always holds or climbs from your last successful lift. - Meet-readiness now tracks a third stage after openers and second attempts: the diagnosis keeps pointing at whatever's still needed instead of going quiet once you're close, and training continues appropriately before any taper. - Cleaned up the Smart diagnosis screen: the readiness gap now always matches the numbers shown above it, and the progress notes are simpler and easier to trust at a glance.

    ## What's new - Fixed meet-attempt suggestions that could round to a weight above your actual tested max at light training loads. - The Dashboard now shows your route to the next meet directly, including the projected window, what's currently the limiting lift, and your projected total — even early in a training cycle, before there's enough data for a firm date. - Cleaner Dashboard and Workout screens: fewer boxed cards, and animation is now reserved for your current set and current workout, so it's easier to tell what actually needs your attention. - Balanced workout volume more evenly across multi-lift training days. - Workout screens are more compact, with a 4-column set/warm-up layout instead of 3.

    ## What's new - Experience level is now automatic: Smart Training recognizes whether you're Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced or Elite based on your strength ratio and adjusts weekly training frequency accordingly. Tap your level badge on the Dashboard to see your progress. - Warm-ups are more reliable: never 2 reps, and rep counts never increase as the weight gets heavier. - Percentages now round to the nearest 5% everywhere, matching the existing 5 kg weight rounding. - Redesigned the Smart workout info popup for easier reading. - Clearer visual cues for what's tappable: an animated arrow on the Dashboard, a highlighted current lift in the Program, and an animated plate calculator icon on the active set. - Fixed a workout list display issue after restoring from backup.
