  > [!IMPORTANT] > **F-Droid users**: from this version on, the F-Droid build is signed with the developer's key instead of F-Droid's. The switch happens once, and Android will refuse the update over an older F-Droid install: uninstall and reinstall to cross over. That wipes the on-device library, reading positions and annotations, so finish or note your places first. Fresh installs, and installs from GitHub, are unaffected — and from now on the GitHub and F-Droid APKs are interchangeable. Liseur builds are now fully reproducible, allowing F-Droid to verify and distribute the official developer-signed APK.
