Your Nostr feed ranked by what you care about, plus a daily voice digest

nalgorithm ranks the posts of the people you follow on Nostr by what you say you care about, in your own words. Every score comes with a one-line reason. Each morning it can write a short digest of what mattered and read it to you. Start with the hosted service: no API key, a three-day free trial, then Lightning. Or bring your own model key, and the app does all the work on your phone for free. When you open the app, it fetches your latest digest audio right away, and a background check downloads new ones, so the morning digest plays even offline. It keeps playing with the screen off, with lock-screen and headphone controls. You sign in with Amber on the same phone, or with any NIP-46 remote signer. Feedback like "more like this" or "hide this person" stays private and is never published. Open source under the MIT licence.

A quoted note in the feed now shows its first twelve lines with Read more, like a long note does, instead of filling the screen. A quote with little or no text of its own reads like a repost, and was the case that showed the whole quoted note. The note's detail sheet still shows all of it. The model settings now read in the order you use them: Load model list, then Model (scoring), then Test model connection, which has its own status line. Testing without an API key or a model says what is missing instead of failing the request. Signing certificate SHA-256: 79750fb49349ec3729be5a3e825507a15e47c6d987e854ae91d5d50a20b3a24d

Notes read better, and learning from likes works even when a relay is down. - Notes show their formatting: bold, italic, code, headings, bullets and links, instead of raw asterisks. - A long note in the feed shows its first lines with Read more. The note sheet shows all of it. - When one relay was slow or unreachable, the app could lose what the other relays sent. That hid your likes from learning, so the learned taste stayed empty. Fixed. - A digest whose model sends nothing is tried again automatically. - Update learned taste now says when the model failed, instead of claiming you have no likes. - Changing the feed order updates the status line at once, and the digest screen no longer scrolls under the clock. Fixes the crash right after the first fetch when ranking with your own model key. - Ranking with your own model no longer crashes right after the posts are fetched. Every own-key setup was affected; the hosted service was not. - The feed's progress bar can no longer crash the app when a ranking finishes. - If your follow list is not on the relays set in Tune, the app now finds it on public indexers or on your own relays from your relay list. The first native Android app for nalgorithm: your Nostr feed ranked by what you care about, each score with its reason, and a daily voice digest. - Use the hosted service (three days free, then Lightning) or your own model key, with everything running on the phone. - The morning digest downloads in the background and plays offline, with the screen off and lock-screen controls. - Sign in with Amber on the phone, or any NIP-46 signer. Without a signer installed, the QR code shows right away.
