Monsiu Custom ROMs, recoveries & Treble GSIs for your Android, all in one catalog.
Custom RR is a free, open-source companion app for the Android modding scene. It puts everything in one place: which custom ROMs and recoveries officially support your device, what Treble GSIs you can flash, and where to download them. No more bouncing between the LineageOS wiki, three Telegram channels, a SourceForge folder, and fourteen browser tabs. Features: 18 actively-maintained ROMs (LineageOS, crDroid, PixelOS, Project Elixir, Evolution X, DerpFest, UN1CA, BlissROMs, /e/, GrapheneOS, CalyxOS, DivestOS, RisingOS Revived, VoltageOS, and more), each with description, features, screenshots, and a one-tap link to the official download page. 500+ devices sourced live from the official LineageOS wiki and the PixelOS official_devices repo, refreshed nightly. Major recoveries: TWRP, OrangeFox, PBRP, SHRP, with per-device support and direct downloads. Treble & GSI hub: per-project status badges, direct GSI downloads, the canonical TrebleDroid wiki index, an A-only vs A/B and arm64 vs arm32_binder64 cheat sheet, a 6-step flash flow, and a "GSI boots but camera is broken" FAQ. Pick your phone and the whole app filters to ROMs and recoveries that officially support it. Brand pages list every device and every ROM/recovery targeting Xiaomi, OnePlus, Samsung, Pixel, Realme, POCO, Nothing, and more. Defunct projects clearly marked. Archived ROMs (ArrowOS, DotOS, Havoc-OS, RisingOS original, and others) show their last-build date and a successor suggestion, so you don't flash code that hasn't shipped in years. Unofficial and community-maintained builds sit in their own clearly labelled section, so you always know what is official and what is a community port. Recent additions include Galaxy S24 Ultra support. Project warning banners flag community-relevant concerns before you flash. Freshness signals on every entry (active / monthly / discontinued, last build date), kept current by a nightly automated job that flags projects going quiet. Step-by-step flashing guides for ROMs and recoveries, embedded per category. Works fully offline with a bundled catalog, then refreshes from GitHub at launch so new ROMs and devices appear without an app update. Material 3 with dynamic color, light / dark / AMOLED themes, and adaptive layouts for phone, tablet, and desktop. Deep links for every ROM, recovery, device, and brand, easy to share in threads. No tracking, no analytics, no ads, no Play Services required. GPL-3.0 licensed; source on GitHub.

- Jul 30, 2026 1.3.6## Custom RR v1.3.6 This release makes device detection smarter and lets happy users rate the app at the right moment. ### Added - **Better-timed "rate the app" ask on Google Play.** After the app has actually helped you (a couple of ROM or recovery downloads opened), the Play version now asks for a quick rating in a small bottom sheet, at most once a

week, and never again once you rate or decline. A "Rate the app" shortcut also joined the app menu. ### Fixed - **Device detection matches many more phones.** The "your device" card now recognizes vendor-prefixed codenames (an Infinix Note 30 reporting `Infinix-X6833B`), regional variants (a realme 7 reporting `rmx2151l1`), stock OnePlus names (`OnePlus6T` finds fajita), and unified family builds (a Redmi 8 reporting `olive` finds the shared `mi439` builds), instead of telling you the phone is not in the catalog. See the full diff and commit log via the **Full Changelog** link below. --- ### iOS - unsigned IPA (for AltStore / TrollStore users) The iOS `.ipa` asset is **not** signed by an Apple Developer account, so it will **not** install like a normal app. It is for sideloading with tools such as [AltStore](https://altstore.io) or TrollStore, which re-sign it with your own certificate at install time. If you do not use one of those, ignore this file and grab the Android or desktop builds above. - Jul 28, 2026 1.3.5## Custom RR v1.3.5 This release helps you find builds for phones that are not in the catalog yet. ### Added - **Find builds for devices not in the catalog.** When your phone is not listed, the "your device" card and the Find My Phone search now offer one-tap Search XDA and Community builds buttons (and the flash script generator gets a Search XDA button too), so you can track down unofficial builds, recoveries,

and GSI guides for your exact model instead of hitting a dead end. unlock help, plus the Treble & GSI tab for running a custom build, since they rarely have a dedicated custom ROM. - **iOS build for sideloading.** Each GitHub release now includes an unsigned iOS `.ipa` for AltStore and TrollStore users. It is not signed for a normal install; sideloading tools re-sign it with your own certificate. ### Changed - **Cleaner card styling.** The highlighted callouts (Treble & GSIs and Flash a Custom ROM) and the "your device" suggestion card now use a solid color instead of a gradient, for a flatter, cleaner look. rating, and a "Rate Custom RR" option is always on the About page. ### Changed - **Sharing points to Google Play.** "Share the app" now links the Google Play listing. - **About page tidied.** Removed the redundant Play status card and added a one-tap "Check for updates" that opens the Play listing. ### Fixed - **Flash script generator is now brand-aware.** Samsung uses Download mode with Heimdall or Odin, Xiaomi, Redmi and POCO include Mi Unlock and anti-rollback warnings, Motorola and Sony include their unlock-code steps, realme and OPPO include Deep Testing, and other brands use standard fastboot unlock, replacing the old one-size-fits-all steps that could not work on some devices. See the full diff and commit log via the **Full Changelog** link below. - Jun 21, 2026 1.3.1## Custom RR v1.3.1 A small follow-up to v1.3.0 that makes the community ROM browser easier to find and smooths out joining the Google Play beta. ### Changed - **Community ROMs are easier to find.** The OpenDesktop community builds browser is now called "Community ROMs" and sits right under Custom ROMs in the menu, with a shortcut to it at the bottom of the Custom ROMs screen. It stays clearly

marked as unvetted, third-party builds, separate from the curated catalog. - **Smoother Play beta sign-up.** The Join the Play beta page now has a QR code and copy / share buttons so you can invite others in one tap, plus a clear reminder that staying installed for about two weeks is what lets Custom RR reach the public Play Store. - **Play beta extras.** Beta testers see a short thank-you on the home screen, a new Beta testers section on the About page (names shown after launch), and a note that testers get new builds about five days before the other channels. Important fixes still go out to every channel at once. See the full diff and commit log via the **Full Changelog** link below. - Jun 20, 2026 1.3.0## Custom RR v1.3.0 This release opens Custom RR up to thousands of community ROM builds, adds a new privacy ROM and a GSI flashing mode, and makes the whole app's artwork lighter and always up to date. ### Highlights - **Community builds (OpenDesktop integration).** A new Community builds screen brings in thousands of community ROM uploads from OpenDesktop's Phone ROMs

catalog, with search and sorting by downloads, newest, or rating. Every build shows the device codenames it targets, and listings are clearly marked as unvetted, third-party uploads that open on their original page. - **Right on your device and brand pages.** Each device page now shows the matching unofficial community builds for that exact model in their own section, with a clear "not vetted" warning and a shortcut to browse them all. Brand pages (for example Xiaomi) show the same section for the whole maker. - **AXP.OS joins the catalog.** Added AXP.OS, a privacy and security hardened ROM (the successor to DivestOS) with Slim and Pro flavors, covering Fairphone, Pixel, OnePlus, LG, Samsung, and Sony devices. - **GSI / Treble mode in the flash script generator.** A new toggle builds a generic system image flashing script for Treble devices, with the right steps for Samsung and for other phones and tablets. - **The full official TWRP device list.** The TWRP page now lists the complete official TWRP device roster across dozens of brands, and many more device brands show their real logo on the Devices grid. - **Filter by your selected device.** The ROMs and Recoveries lists can be narrowed to just the entries that match the device you have selected. - **Join the Play beta from the app.** A new home-screen invite and a step-by-step page explain how to become a Google Play tester and get early builds. It can be dismissed and stays available from the About page. ### Refinements - **Lighter, always-current artwork.** Brand and ROM logos now load from the online catalog and are cached on your device, so new or corrected logos appear without an app update, delivered through a content delivery network for quicker, more reliable loading. A subtle shimmer placeholder shows while images load. - **Socials in About.** The About page now has a Socials option linking to Twitter / X, Telegram, and YouTube. ### Fixes - A placeholder phone icon no longer shows through transparent brand logos, and a missing logo falls back cleanly to the generic placeholder. - Long device names no longer overflow their chips on detail and device pages. - Fixed cramped action buttons on the My Devices cards. - Tapping About in the navigation menu now opens the full About page instead of a small popup.
