MinimalSF is a lightweight black & white home screen built for speed. Start typing and the app you want opens - often before you finish the name. **Type to launch** - Keyboard is ready as soon as you're home - One match opens on its own after a short, adjustable delay - Press enter to open the top result; results are ranked by best match - Custom keywords per app (e.g. "wa" for WhatsApp) and hide apps from search **Gestures** - Double tap, long press, and swipe left / right / up / down - Open an app, call a contact, run an app shortcut, open a specific app screen, toggle the flashlight, open the camera, control music, lock the screen, open notifications or quick settings - Saves "add to home screen" shortcuts from other apps, including Activity Launcher **On the home screen** - Large clock (tap for alarms) and date - Optional screen time for today, with your top apps - Optional now playing bar: tap to play/pause, swipe to skip - Inline todo list **Make it yours** - Fonts: monospace, clean, your phone's font, free Google Fonts, or import a .ttf/.otf - plus bold - Font and clock size, 12/24h clock, search bar at the top or bottom **Private** - No internet permission, no ads, no analytics, no tracking - Everything is stored on your device Optional features need permissions you grant yourself: accessibility (only used to lock the screen), notification access (now playing bar) and usage access (screen time). Font downloads use Google Play services when it's installed.

## New - **Number shortcuts:** search results are numbered, and typing the number opens that app. `w2` opens the 2nd result for `w`. - **Show only what you want:** hide the clock, date, screen time, music bar, todo list or bottom buttons. Buttons can be icon + text, icon only or text only. - **All apps as a grid**, with 2-7 columns. - **Work profile and dual apps** are listed, as `Name · work` and `Name · dual`, and apps with several icons show all of them. - **Landscape layout:** clock, music and todo on one side, search and apps on the other. It works with full and floating keyboards, and uses the full width when the left side is empty. - **Keyboard option:** choose whether the keyboard opens on its own on the home screen. - **App details:** long press shows the package name and version. ## Changed

- Settings are grouped into a short menu, and font size is in the font picker. - The RAM indicator is removed. - Default auto-launch delay is now 100ms.
