babyfort

babyfort is a home screen for a tablet a small child shares. The kid sees only the apps you chose, on the tablet's own wallpaper — it doesn't look or feel locked. You set daily time limits per app (or one shared total); when time's up the app closes and its icon greys out until tomorrow, after a "5 more minutes" warning. A hidden long-press and PIN get you back to the full device. No account, no setup wizard, no telemetry. The app list and limits live only on the tablet. Grant once from parent setup: Usage access (to measure time), Accessibility (so a limit can stop a running app — it reads no screen content), and setting babyfort as the Home app.
