Provision and wipe NTAG424 Boltcards for LaWallet

Android app to provision and wipe NTAG424 DNA NFC cards as Boltcards for a LaWallet / Boltcard server. Tap a blank card to write its keys and lnurlw, or tap a programmed card to wipe it — a contactless, paywave-like experience for the Lightning Network. License-free native NFC (no NXP TapLinX required).

    Android-only release. Everything since v0.3.0: ## Highlights - 📦 **Smaller APK: ~91 MB → ~49 MB** — builds for real ARM only (`armeabi-v7a` + `arm64-v8a`), dropping the x86/x86_64 emulator ABIs. Installs on the 32-bit deployment device **and** arm64 phones. - 🗑️ **TapLinX fully removed** — the 1.9 MB licensed NXP `.aar` and all its dead Java are gone. NTAG424 NFC runs 100% in JS (react-native-nfc-manager + AES). No license ever required. - 🤖 **iOS support removed** — this is now an Android-only project (deleted the `ios/` tree, the iOS NFC path, etc.). - 🎨 **New app icon** — the LaWallet "B" card logo (adaptive + legacy, all densities). - 🔗 **Login** now shows the **full endpoint URL**, not just the domain. ## Cleanup & fixes

    - Removed unused dependencies (`react-native-web`, `react-dom`, `react-native-element-dropdown`) and dead screens. - Pulled an upstream NTAG424 `testPAndC` fix (lowercase UID compare). - Build hardening: vision-camera minSdk + Gradle stack fixes; sRGB icon backgrounds. - Rewrote the README for the fork. ## Security - Removed plaintext keystore passwords from `android/gradle.properties` (use `~/.gradle/gradle.properties`). They remain in git history → **rotate the keystore password when the upload keystore is restored.** > ⚠️ This APK is **debug-signed** (no production upload keystore on the build machine) — installs on test devices, not Play-Store-grade.
