- Fix ID filters for replaceable and addressable events and enforce all filter constraints. - Apply each filter's query limit independently, including pending writes and subscription history. - Clear stale caches after pruning and add `maxMemoryEvents` to bound cached event bodies (defaults to `maxEvents`; `0` disables caching). - Correct timestamp filtering when `since` or `until` is `0`. Includes 10 regression tests; all 239 tests pass.
