  ### Added - **Push Notifications (local):** Get notified of circle activity even with the app closed — cheers, reading milestones (with book/circle name), zaps sent in circles, zap nudges and nudge replies, circle invites ("You have been added to…"), and sats earned from zap receipts. Fully local and private: no Firebase, no push servers — the app keeps its encrypted relay connections alive and only wakes when a message actually arrives. - **Background sync (Android):** New foreground service keeps the Nostr/Marmot sync engine running after the app is backgrounded or swiped away, and restarts it after reboot. Toggle in Profile → Notifications; opting in requests notification permission and a battery-optimization exemption for reliable delivery. - **Profiles:** Tap any reader, member, or friend tile to open their full profile — avatar, npub, reading achievements (streak, books read, milestones), and a **Zap Profile** button. Wired up from circle reader lists, circle member management, the friends list, and the Cheers long-press menu; tapping your own tile takes you to your editable `you` profile instead. - **Cheers:** Long-pressing a milestone now offers **Post as note** — publish it to Nostr as a public note (kind 1) so it shows up on Damus, Primal, and other clients. Opens an editable sheet pre-filled with the milestone message; post as is or tweak it first. - **Cheers:** Copy, Share, and Post now share one uniform ZapBook message (first- or third-person, with book title and links) instead of ad-hoc text. - **External Signer (NIP-55):** Sign with Amber or any NIP-55 signer app on Android — no nsec ever touches ZapBook. - **External Signer (NIP-46):** Connect a remote signer (nsecbunker, nsec.app, Amber) via bunker:// link for cross-device signing. - **Signer method sheet:** Unified UI for choosing between local keys, signer app, or remote bunker during onboarding and account switching.

  - **Profile sharing:** Tap your avatar, name, or npub on the "You" screen to open a shareable profile card with a QR code of your npub, a truncated npub label, and a one-tap copy button — built for scanning in person at meetups. - **QR scanning:** Friends and Share-to-circle sheets now have a scan button next to the paste button — scan a friend's npub QR code to add them as a contact or as a circle member, instead of typing or pasting. - **Reader Zaps & Stats:** Send zaps directly to readers, and track your total zap sats earned right on the home dashboard. - **Blossom Sync:** Improved concurrency and error management for smoother book uploading and downloading. ### Fixed - **Cheers:** Activity cards no longer lose their book/circle name when the circle or book is later deleted — the title is now stored with each activity when it arrives. - **External Signer (NIP-55):** Signer requests no longer break after the app is swiped away — background decryption (e.g. circle invites) now works headlessly when the signer app has auto-approve enabled, and falls back gracefully otherwise.
